Best AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT GPU Review (XFX Speedster):
If you are a budget gamer and looking for a perfect GPU that comes under a price of $250 (US Dollars) then you are in a good place, here we have the best performing variant of AMD Radeon RX 6500XT GPU which we have tested on many latest games.
This GPU still gave pretty good Frame rates (Mostly Above 60FPS) at many high-end games, but in CYBERPUNK 2077 this GPU falls short, it can’t perform very well at Cyberpunk 2077 but still can give playable frames at ray tracing or without ray tracing, but at this price who will expect to play Cyberpunk on high settings at above 60 frames.
1. AMD Radeon RX 6500XT
Cheapest Ray Tracing GPU
2. MSI Gaming Radeon RX 5500 XT (4GB)
Better Performance Than RX 6500XT
3. MSI Radeon RX 570 256-bit 8GB GDRR5
Best Value: Because Of 8GB VRAM

XFX Speedster AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT Review:
Right now in the market, the XFX Speedster RX 6500XT is one of the cheapest and most budget gaming GPUs which can be a perfect choice for budget gamers. This GPU comes with 16 compute units and 16 Ray accelerators which will give a good enough gaming performance.
Performance:
The base frequency of this GPU is 2815 MHz, and it has a game clock or game frequency of 2610 MHz, which will get automatically enabled while gaming. It comes with 1024 shading units. 64 TMUs, and 32 ROPs.
4GB VRAM:
This GPU has a Video Memory of 4GB GDDR6 only, and that’s something to be concerned about because for today’s latest generation games 4 gigabytes of VRAM is not enough, so my suggestion is that an 8GB GPU will perform better than this one, but there will be a huge price difference maybe. The Bus Width of this GPU is 128 Bits, which is normal for old GPUs.
Most Efficient AMD GPU:
This GPU Supports the latest PCIe Generation 4 by 4, which is a good upgrade though. The best thing about this AMD GPU is that it’s one of the lower power-consuming AMD GPUs which has a TDP of only 107 Watts, and it requires a 6Pin connector instead of an 8-Pin Power connector which normally comes in many GPUs. The Power supply recommended for this GPU will be 400W or above, and the Recommended Power supply Unit for this Variant of AMD RX 6500XT is 500W.
Cooling Performance:
XFX Speedster RX 6500XT comes in a similar design as AMD Radeon RX 6600XT, but that GPU is way way more powerful than this one. This GPU comes with 2 powerful and solid Fans for proper airflow and has a long heatsink that almost covers its entire PCB to deliver a great amount of heat dissipation from the GPU.
Display Outputs:
This GPU comes with a couple of display outputs, first one is HDMI 2.1 which can support Virtual Reality (VRR) and the second output is a normal Display port 1.4.
